There's some obvious criteria to how I pick games to review... They seem random, but there's a logic to it!
Simple guide lines I use:
- The game is fun!
- I own the game
- I've completed the game
Firstly, Often I'll review a game I think people should know about.. that's still fun even today! I don't review pirated games... Somehow I have to get a legal copy to make a review. If a developer wants me to make a review, after I get over being flattered that someones reading my reviews, I'll happily write what I think!
And lastly, I don't think it's fair to write a review of a game until I've seen all the game.. Or enough of it to talk about the main plot. I've heard of someone who played Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for 4 years without seeing EVERYTHING in the game.
